We needed our HVAC replaced after being in our house for over 12 years. I got 2 estimates. Air Quality was more reasonable and their customer service was excellent They were respectful of my time and my home. They showed up when they said they would be there and patiently answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them when you need HVAC work done. They are a great small business that stands behind their work.

If they are your last resort be sure to be very clear when you talk them about when they plan to show up. If they say they'll call you when they're on their way, don't assume that means they'll come that day. I called and left a message to cancel my appointment at the end of the normal office hours. They called back the next day with a very arrogant attitude that "it was on me" that i assumed they would come the same day. I made the mistake to dial their number. A mistake I will not make again and you shouldn't either.
